Your Receipt ID can be found in a few places, depending on how you placed your order.
If you ordered through using your JD account:
- Open the JD App and select My JD in the bottom-right corner.
- Select the relevant order.
- Your Receipt ID will be displayed at the top of the order details.
If you didn't use your JD account:
- Check your dispatch email titled "Order Update: Items Dispatched" and scroll down to find your Receipt ID.
