Your Receipt ID can be found in your order confirmation email or on your order status page.
If you're returning an online order in store, you can use the barcode at the bottom of your order confirmation email for our store team to scan, or read out the number underneath the barcode.
If you can't find your Receipt ID, our Customer Service team can also locate it for you.
