When returning an online order by post, please make sure you include the item(s) you’re returning and securely attach your return label to the outside of the parcel.
You do not need to include any additional paperwork unless instructed by our Returns Portal.
For in-store returns, simply bring the item(s) you’re returning and your receipt ID.
