You can return or exchange your online order at any JD Sports store in Australia.
Bring your order number and the items you’d like to return or exchange.
In-store returns and exchanges are free.
By post
If you're returning an online or JD Sports App order by post, please submit your return through our Returns Portal.
The portal will provide all instructions required to complete your return.
Returns through the Returns Portal are for refunds only. Exchanges are only available in store.
Important
If your order was placed before 23 September 2026 and your order number starts with 340, it was processed through our previous online store and can't be returned through our Returns Portal.
