You can return your online order in two ways:
In store
You can return your online order at any JD Sports store in Australia.
Bring your order number and the items you’d like to return.
By post
If you're returning an online or JD Sports App order by post, please submit your return through our Returns Portal.
The portal will provide all instructions required to complete your return.
Returns through the Returns Portal are for refunds only. If you’d like to exchange your item, you’ll need to visit a JD Sports store.
