We offer two easy ways to return your order — in store or by post.
All returns are subject to our Returns Policy. Please ensure your items meet the return conditions before submitting your return.
Return or exchange in store
Returning in store is quick, easy and free.
- Bring your item(s), receipt ID and proof of purchase to any JD Sports store in Australia.
- Online orders, JD Sports App orders, in-store purchases and in-store kiosk orders can all be returned in store.
- Exchanges can only be completed in store.
Return by post
Online orders can be returned by post within 30 days of receiving your order.
Simply visit our Returns Portal and follow the prompts to submit your return.
Please note:
- Returns submitted through the Returns Portal are for refunds only
- A $10.95 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- If you'd like an exchange, please visit a JD Sports store
Once your return has been received and processed, you'll receive a confirmation email.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
