If you’re returning an online or JD Sports App order by post, submit your return through our Returns Portal.
Once your return has been submitted, you’ll be provided with a return label.
How to print your return label
- Open your return label from the return confirmation email sent to you, or directly from the Returns Status Page.
- Download the label to your device and print it when you're ready, or print it directly from the page to your printer.
- If you don't have a printer, you may be able to show your return label to your local Post Office, and they may be able to print it for you.
Please make sure your return label is securely attached to the outside of your parcel before sending it.
