First, check the size conversion
Some of our brands manufacture their shoes using men’s sizing, even when you have ordered a women’s size.
For example, if you ordered a women’s US 7 in adidas, you may receive a men’s US 8, which is the equivalent size.
Please check the size shown on the item against our Size Guide before starting a return.

Still not the size you ordered?
If you have received a different size to the one you ordered and would prefer not to keep the item, you can return it through our Returns Portal or to any JD Sports store.
Please have your order number available when returning your item.
