How do I check my order status?

You can check the status of your order through your JD Sports account.

To check your order status:

  1. Log in to your JD Sports account.
  2. Go to My Orders.
  3. Select the order you'd like to check.
  4. View the current status of your order.

You can also check your order status using the information in your order confirmation or dispatch confirmation emails.

What does my order status mean?

Processing
Your order has been received and is being prepared for dispatch. Orders can take 24–48 hours to process.

Dispatched
Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you. Your dispatch confirmation email will include your tracking information.

I can't find my order

If you can't see your order or need help checking its status, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number and the email address used to place the order.
