I received a tracking email from Shippit?

We use Shippit to send tracking info for some parcels, while others are tracked directly through Australia Post.

If you’ve received a Shippit tracking email — don’t stress! Your parcel is still being delivered by Australia Post.

🔍 What to look for:

• Your Shippit reference will start with “PP”

• Your Australia Post tracking number will start with “33Q”

  You can use the Shippit link to track your order, but for the most accurate and up-to-date info, we recommend tracking it directly through Australia Post.
