If you’ve ordered multiple items, your order may be split into multiple deliveries. Don’t stress if your first parcel doesn’t include everything.
Check your text messages
If you added a mobile number at checkout, we’ll send a text message with tracking details for each parcel as it’s dispatched, so you can easily keep track of your delivery.
Give it a little time
If you haven’t received a text with tracking, please allow 3–5 business days for the next delivery before contacting our Customer Care team, as your parcel will most likely arrive within this time. 😊
