Yes, someone else can return an item on your behalf, provided they have everything required to process the return.
For an in-store purchase, the person returning the item should bring:
- The item
- Your proof of purchase
- The original payment method used for the purchase
- The original packaging, tags and accessories where applicable
The return must also meet the requirements of our Returns Policy, including the applicable return timeframe.
If the original payment method is not available, we recommend contacting the store before visiting to confirm whether the return can be processed.
