Return in-store - Returning in-store is quick, easy, and free.
- Simply bring your item(s) and proof of purchase to any JD Sports store in Australia.
- If you purchased via an in-store kiosk, you can return your order to any JD Sports store with proof of purchase.
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Return by post
Online orders can be returned by post within 30 days of delivery.
- Simply visit our Returns Portal and follow the prompts to submit your return.
- Once your return has been received and processed, you'll receive a confirmation email.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
