Just bring the item(s) along with your online order number to any JD Sports store - [Find a store here]
📝 If you ordered via an in-store kiosk, you can return to any JD store with proof of purchase.
No receipt? You’ll need to return to the original store where the item was purchased.
All refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
📦 Returns By Post
You can return your online order by post within 30 days of delivery.
- Fill out our [Returns Form] and include it in your parcel

Please do not visit this address in person — it is not a retail store.
Use our [Returns Portal] to print a shipping label and organise your return via Australia Post.
