If you paid for your order using Afterpay, your return will be processed as normal and your Afterpay payment plan will be updated automatically.
- If you have already paid one or more instalments, those payments may be refunded depending on your remaining balance.
- Any remaining unpaid instalments will be adjusted or cancelled.
- If you haven't made any instalment payments, future payments will be cancelled and no refund will be processed.
Partial returns
If you return only some items from an order, the return amount will usually be deducted from your remaining Afterpay balance rather than being issued as a separate refund.
Please continue to make any scheduled Afterpay instalment payments while your return is being processed. Payments cannot be paused or stopped during this time.
Once your return is finalised, your Afterpay payment plan will be updated automatically.
