Your return confirmation email will include a link to your Returns Status Page, where you can track the status of your return.
You can also access your Returns Status Page through the link provided after submitting your return.
If you returned your item by post, you can also use the tracking number provided by the courier to track your parcel while it is on its way back to us.
Once your return has been received and processed, you'll receive a confirmation email.
