You can exchange online orders and in-store purchases in store, free of charge at any JD Sports store in Australia.
Bring your item along with your proof of purchase and Receipt ID. Our store team can help you exchange it for a different size, colour or item, subject to availability.
Online exchanges cannot be completed through our Returns Portal.
If the item you’d like is not available in store, you can return your original item and place a new order instead.
