If your Kiosk order was cancelled, don’t worry — you won’t be charged. Here’s what to expect:
📱 Confirmation Text – You’ll receive a text confirming the cancellation and letting you know that a member of our Customer Service Team will be in touch to assist with your refund.
📞 We’ll Call You – One of our team members will contact you within 1–3 business days. During the call, we’ll process your refund using our EFTPOS machine. Don’t worry — we pause the call recording while you provide your card details, so nothing is stored or recorded.
🏬 Prefer In-Store? – You’re also welcome to return to the original store where the kiosk order was placed to have the refund processed in person.
